The SEE | EU Cluster of Excellence in European and International Law aims to publish different materials throughout the course of the four years of its implementation.
Selected legal documents concerning SEE and Series of papers of the SEE | EU Cluster of Excellence in European and International Law Vol. 1 – 7 have been published so far.
SEE | EU Excellence in Law • Series of Papers is foreseen as a yearly publication of original, high-quality, peer-reviewed scientific papers of academic staff and junior researchers (PhD students) of Saarland University and the SEELS members focusing on relevant questions of European and International Law but also the integration of SEE countries to the EU, issues of legal reform and approximation with the Acquis Communitaire, best practices in legal reform, unification of the legislation in the region of South Eastern Europe and the EU will be of specific interest.
A call for papers is published annually on the website and sent to the partner faculties.
